• Please register and prepay for all classes in advance. If registration cannot be made in person, please call (808) 735-3553 to make payment over the phone using your Visa or Mastercard.

• Class size is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

• Should you need to cancel your attendance to one of our classes, please provide us with a 48 hour notice. You will receive a store credit for your cancelled class.

• No refunds or credits will be given to students who cancel with less than 48 hours notice. However, you may still pick up your class kit within 7 days of the scheduled class. If you cannot make it, send a lucky friend in your place.

• If Pineapple Cove has to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund OR you may choose another class time.

• Pineapple Cove reserves the right to cancel any class with less than four registered students.

• BYOB - Bring Your Own Basics! Please bring your basic toolkit to every class. For a list of the basic supplies, please click HERE.

• See a class you would like to attend bu the time doesn't work for you? Grab a few friends and let us know what time you'd like to attend. We will be happy to schedule a class of four or more people at a convenient time for you.

• Custom Classes? Want to learn a specific technique or project? Let us know and we can design a custom class for you and your friends.

• Crops: Fees are due at registration. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Crop fees have a 48-hour cancellation notice (to help staff prepare food orders) and are non-refundable after the 48-hour notice window. Store credits will be given for cancellations made prior to 48 hours. Cancellations made by Pineapple Cove will be fully refunded.
